Maverick Armor Level X Workaround Mods

Description

Purpose

Some players experience a bug where parts of the Maverick (aka Outlaw) armor cannot be crafted at any levels higher than V. This workaround simply changes the Maverick level V development recipes to produce level X items instead of level V.
