Heleus blue glow and NO OIL Mods

Description

This mod changes the lights of the Heles armors (all levels male and female) to blue and also REMOVES THE OIL TINT!!!

This mod is compatible with the "No glow heleus" mod.
Load my mod AFTER his mod so you have a no lights and no oil heleus armor :)
